Summer Teaching Jobs

Summer is quickly approaching and there are summer teaching jobs, here in Vietnam.

As in the United States, Students will soon be out of school. Parents will be looking for activities for their children to partake in. One option here in Vietnam is English School.

In the teaching industry, if you are not at a public school or college, you are in extra curricular learning. This means nights and weekends. But when school lets out. then you could teach just about 24 hours a day. Daytime, nights and weekends.

My boss just had a meeting about the need for scheduling teacher to work the daytime hours. There is a higher demand for teachers and hence, a boom of summer teaching jobs. If you are considering looking for a summer teaching job then you need to get your credentials in order. You will need to get you ESL Certification, which takes about a month to complete. It is now February and if you prepare now you can be ready to go by the end of March or early May.

Depending on the school you work at, you may have daytime hours, evening hours and or weekend hours. My schedule right now is all weekend, and two evening, wednesday and Friday night. The weekend is quite demanding, but you get all of your hours in quickly. Some schools you work in the morning have the afternoon off and work in the evening. Which could mean a lengthy double commute if you live far away.

P.S. I just talked with my manager today and with the approach of summer, he said, that he will most likely be urging teacher to take more hours. And that he will be struggling to fill classes with teachers for the summer time.

With Summer quickly approaching, there are Summer teaching jobs available all over the world. You need to prepare now!
